Yes. Send a palette, invitation image or fabric reference so we can discuss suitable balloon colors. A visual reference is more helpful than a description such as “dusty pink,” which can mean different shades. We’ll help you compare the shades and choose a combination that suits your celebration.
Our recommended booking lead time is 30 days or longer. If your celebration is closer, send the date and venue details so we can check whether the schedule allows a shorter-notice installation.
Heat, sunlight, sharp edges and handling can affect their condition. Protected indoor balloons may last as long as a month, although their appearance can change during that time.
For helium-filled balloons, typical float times are 24–48 hours for standard 11-inch sizes and 48–72 hours for jumbo sizes. Tell us if the display needs to remain after the celebration; we cannot guarantee its lifespan following delivery.
Our delivery area includes Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington counties. If your venue is farther away, send the address so we can discuss travel. Delivery fees begin at $20 and vary with the installation.
Send your date, venue address, display ideas and any useful photos through the estimate form. We respond within 24–48 hours to check availability and discuss the details. A formal estimate follows once the requirements are clear. Accepting the estimate and booking terms allows us to issue your invoice.
You receive the invoice by email and can pay using a major credit or debit card. Full payment reserves your event unless we agree to a deposit arrangement for an advance booking. An agreed reservation deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the event’s final balance.
Please be aware that photos from inspiration sites such as Pinterest and Etsy can have heavily edited photos and or custom made colors. If you are looking for an exact color shade, we would be happy to help with a custom color blend.
