How long the promo runs: For promotions lasting more than a day or two, air-filled designs usually hold up better than floating helium.
- Glass and vents: Strong sun through windows and nearby heating or AC vents shorten balloon life. A photo of the exact spot helps us plan placement.
- Emergency paths: Exits, exit signs and sprinkler heads need to stay clear. That guides where we place each element of the display.
- Setup window: Tell us your opening time. Early-morning or after-close installs can be arranged when the schedule allows.
- Property approval: Malls and shopping centers often require permission for displays outside your storefront. Check with your property manager before booking.
- Removal plan: Teardown is available. Decide who removes the display and when, so it comes down when the sale ends.

What kinds of promotions are balloons good for?

Can you match our campaign colors?
In most cases, yes. Send your Pantone references, brand guide or a physical sample. We’ll confirm the closest available shade or a custom blend before your order is finalized.
How much lead time do you need?
A month’s notice gives us the best chance of fitting your date. Rush requests are reviewed case by case when the calendar has room.
Will the display last for my entire promotion?
It depends on the balloon type, inflation method, temperature, sunlight and handling, so treat these as estimates rather than guarantees. Indoor air-filled pieces kept clear of heat, direct sun, pets and sharp edges can stay presentable for close to four weeks. Floating 11-inch helium balloons usually stay up one to two days, and jumbo sizes two to three days.
Can installation happen outside business hours?
Setup times are agreed during planning. Installs before opening or after closing can be arranged when the schedule allows.
Where do you deliver, and is there a fee?
Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties, and farther for larger projects. Each job’s delivery charge is quoted with the estimate, starting at $20.
How does booking work?
Send your estimated request with the event date, store location, display needs and any reference images. Expect a reply within 24–48 hours to talk through availability and details, followed by a formal estimate. Your date is locked in once you approve the estimate and Terms & Conditions and complete payment.
What payment do you take?
Major credit and debit cards. For events booked well in advance, a non-refundable deposit can hold your date and is credited toward the final invoice.
