How far in advance do I need to book my event?

In order to secure your event date we recommend that you book at least 30 days prior. If you are less than 30 days out, just ask! We are happy to try and help.

How long will my balloons last?
  • We can not guarantee the life of a balloon once it is delivered due to conditions outside of our control.  We will give you the best advice possible to ensure your balloons perform in the way you would like.
  • We can not guarantee balloons after we have delivered or picked up.  
  • Always follow common sense with balloons.  Keep away from sharp objects, extreme temperatures and ideally direct sunlight.
  • Balloons kept indoor away from heat,direct sunlight, pets, little hands and sharp objects can last as long as a month (no guarantees)!
  • Helium balloons, 11″ will last 24-48hrs Jumbos will last 48-72hrs.
What is your delivery area and cost to deliver?

Wilhelmina services all of Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Washington Counties and beyond. Delivery fee varies per installation. Min delivery fee is $15.

What is the ordering process?
  1. The first step is to always fill out our Get Estimate Form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 24-48hrs!
  2. Our first contact will be to confirm your date is available.  If you date is available, we will then either speak by phone or via email, whatever your preferance, and confirm all other details.
  3. Once details are confirmed a formal estimate will be sent.
  4. Next the estimate is accepted you will sign our Terms & Conditions
  5. Lastly you will receive your invoice.  Events are not placed on our schedule until full payment is received.  If your event is futher than 60days out you may be given the option to save your date with a non refundable deposit.  This amount will be applied to your final invoice.
When & how do I pay?
Once we have finalized all of the details for your installation and you have accepted our quote, you will receive an invoice via email. We require all invoices be paid in full in order to secure your event date. For events more than 6 months in the future we request a deposit. Save the date deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your event balance. We accept all major credit and debit cards!
